• Water testing
• Installation of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filters, and UV systems
• Maintenance and replacement services

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location within Ontario.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, additional requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to provide accurate and transparent pricing at all times.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Installation and Service

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for installation and service work. Terry’s Water Service is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe working conditions.

5. Maintenance and System Performance

Water treatment systems require regular maintenance, including filter replacements and servicing. Terry’s Water Service is not responsible for system performance issues resulting from lack of maintenance or improper use.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services and solutions, Terry’s Water Service is not liable for:

• Pre-existing plumbing or water system issues
• Damage resulting from untreated water conditions
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Warranty

Any warranties on equipment or systems are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. We will assist with warranty claims where applicable but do not guarantee manufacturer outcomes.

8. Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled within a reasonable timeframe. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
